CO issues OPORD. TLs confirm loadout + radio net. Zeus GM syncs with CO on CH06. Map marking finalized.

19:00 – 19:30 · Muster & Comms Check
All players join Discord voice. Radio net check CH01–CH07. TL pre-op checklist confirmed. GO/NO-GO by CO.

19:30 – 23:00+ · Operation
Execution per OPORD phases. CO manages pacing. Zeus activates events on CH06. CASEVAC via CH07.
4
Post-Op · AAR
Hot debrief in Discord (<15 min). Written AAR by TLs due Sunday evening.

Op Night Rules

✦No training exercises during op window — ops only
✦Minimum 4 players required to launch an op
✦CO posts op notice on Discord ≥ 24h before
✦Zeus GM must confirm availability by Thursday
✦Friday op = lighter scenario / Conflict mode
✦Saturday op = major op / Zeus custom event
Absence Protocol
Notify CO via Discord DM ≥ 2h before op. TL designates deputy for their squad. No-show without notice = benched next op.
